A Historic First for RSU!

The official logo of the 9th STRASUC Culture and Arts Festival 2025 is now revealed and proudly approved by the SUCsโ€™ Presidents and Directors of Region IV!

For the very first time in history, Romblon State University will be the proud host of this grand celebration of culture, and unity, bringing together 12 SUCs, a convergence of cultural artists, and a showcase of extraordinary talent and school pride.

Happening this October 20โ€“24, 2025, the 9th STRASUC Culture and Arts Festival is set to transform RSU into the center stage of Region IVโ€™s finest.

Are you ready to cheer, compete, and make memories that will last a lifetime? The flame of STRASUC 2025 is about to ignite!

Get your brushes, pencils, and creative minds ready! The Social and Cultural Affairs Office is thrilled to announce a visual arts competition on August 29, 2025. The categories include Painting, On-the-Spot Poster Making, Charcoal Rendering, and Pencil Drawing. Winners in each category will be selected to represent our beloved university in the upcoming 9th STRASUC Culture and the Arts Festival on October 20-24, 2025.
