The Pacific Pomfret (Mochong) fish and chips at John's Sushi and Steakhouse is a rare find, especially here in the Philippines. The fish was flaky, juicy, and cooked just right. The batter had the perfect crunch without taking away from the fish's flavor.
Whatβs great is that the fish has no fishy taste whatsoever, making it really easy to enjoy. Paired with the chips (or mojos) and a good splash of malt vinegar, it just works. If youβre in the mood for something different and tasty, give it a try.
