For the past three years, Iโ€™ve been a locator in Subic Bay, but Iโ€™ve always felt like I was โ€œtoo smallโ€ to be part of organizations like this. (Hospitality Alliance of Subic Bay)

Most of the people I see are owners of big restaurants, hotels, cafรฉs, and established businesses. And there I wasโ€”just a small kiosk, quietly watching from the side.

I thought, โ€œBaka hindi ako belong dito.โ€
โ€œBaka wala naman akong maiaambag.โ€
โ€œBaka hindi rin naman ako mapansin.โ€

But this time, I asked myselfโ€ฆ whatโ€™s really stopping me from showing up?

I realized I wasnโ€™t there to compete. I was there to learn, to listen, to connect, and to be inspired by people who are already where I hope to be someday.

So I showed up.

I listened. I interacted. I introduced myself. I allowed myself to be seenโ€”not because I think Iโ€™ve already made it, but because I aspire to.

And Iโ€™m especially grateful to Maโ€™am Pam for encouraging me to speak up, show up, and be part of the conversation. ๐Ÿงก

Meeting other entrepreneurs, business owners, and even one of my followers reminded me that sometimes, the first step to becoming bigger is simply having the courage to put yourself in rooms that once intimidated you.

Small today doesnโ€™t mean small forever.

I may still be a small business, but Iโ€™m no longer going to let that make me feel like I donโ€™t belong.

Iโ€™ll keep learning.
Iโ€™ll keep connecting.
Iโ€™ll keep collaborating.
And most importantly, Iโ€™ll keep showing up.

Because maybe someday, Iโ€™ll be one of the people that another small entrepreneur looks up to and says, โ€œGusto ko rin makarating diyan.โ€

For now, Iโ€™m grateful to simply be hereโ€”learning from the people ahead of me and enjoying every step of the journey. โœจ๐Ÿงก

Nakakatuwa pala yung feeling na yung mga taong dati pinapanood mo lang online, ngayon nakikilala ka na rin nila. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿงก

From simply sharing my journey online, hanggang sa may mga taong nakakaalala na saโ€™kin, sa business ko, at sa ginagawa ko. Yung may tatawag saโ€™yo na โ€œRaz.workingpreneurโ€ at sasabihing, โ€œSana ikaw naman next!โ€, grabe, ibang klaseng motivation. ๐Ÿฅน

Minsan, hindi mo napapansin na may nakikita pala sa sipag mo. Kaya tuloy lang. Baka may taong ma-inspire ka nang hindi mo namamalayan. ๐Ÿงก
