UPGRADE YOUR SKILLS! Dars Sabijon, a certified TESDA and DTI Trainer is hosting a workshop on February 25th, 2025, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Tambayan sa Manggahan, where you'll learn how to perfectly debone Bangus and create your own special Skinless Longganisa.

Registration fee is 750 pesos only with the inclusion of the following;

1. Lecture Manual, PPE

3. Mosquito Forcip for Bangus Deboning
