Wow, would you look at that? Another year went by. And with that comes another round of countless resolutions of wanting to work out this year, with varying results. Looks like Nathan Cabahug succeeded on that, though. Look at him! Looking good there, man! Drop your training routine because you look sick, bro!
Everyone has their own reasons for why they work out. Some want to get healthier, to prevent the problems that could happen to them if they aren't careful. Some also want to be stronger, so that they can carry heavier things and do more than they could if they work out.
And some guys want to look like Henry Cavill, which is understandable, he is gorgeous. Actually, that final reason, while simple, is a justifiable reason. Wanting to have the same body type as your idol can be a good drive for you when working out. Not to mention the wonders it will do to your self-esteem once you see the end results.
Once you decide to work out, though, commit to it. Sure, those different exercises may be exhausting. The cramps could really infuriating. But once you get through all that pain, you'll see that everything was worth it. You're not going to see that payoff if you aren't committed. That extends to other things in life as well.
So, if one of your resolutions this year is to work out, make do of that. Commit. Otherwise, it will end up the same as those other resolutions you said you were "totally" going to do.
