While he’s notoriously camera-shy, his work speaks entirely for itself. Having been with us since August 12, 2017—starting back at Dip-Deep Delicacies in the Bus Terminal Town Center and now leading the kitchen as our master baker here at Dipp & Dough—he has been perfecting his craft for years.
If you’ve ever wondered why our bread tastes different (and entirely unforgettable) compared to the rest, you aren't the only one. Customers say it all the time, and as someone who has tasted and appreciated his work from day one, I can personally testify to it. Some people are simply born with it—a rare, effortless blend of innate talent and masterful skill.
