Aminin may kilala kang ganito!
That one person who stays silent, laughs it off, or even defends a friend who’s clearly hurting others—especially in relationships. The one who says, “Barkada namin ’yan, wala kaming pakialam sa love life niya,” as if loyalty means turning a blind eye to cheating, lying, or playing with someone’s emotions.
Let’s be real: enabling a friend’s wrongdoings doesn’t make you a loyal friend—it makes you a silent accomplice. Friendship isn’t about tolerating toxic behavior. It’s about being real enough to call them out, especially when someone else is being disrespected or hurt in the process.
You don’t have to expose them publicly. But if you really care about your friend and the people around them, help them grow. Hold them accountable. Because letting someone cheat in peace is just as loud as cheating itself.
