Introducing our September cover, IV OF SPADES

After seven years, the foursome of Unique Salonga, Zild Benitez, Blaster Silonga, and Badjao De Castro are back together.

While their solo projects showcased growth in exploring their sonic and conceptual abilities, the band has released three new songs since reforming as a quartet, all with varying moods and tones, but still carrying the distinct IV of Spades sound.

In their first magazine feature since reuniting, the band sits down with living legend Mike Hanopol to discuss their definition of being a musician, expectations for their new album, and how long they intend to keep making music.
