This is more than just a project it is the result of your call, our response, and a shared aspiration to uplift the quality of life in far-flung areas.

Through Project Higala, we continue to reach out to remote communities across Iligan City, Lanao del Sur, and Lanao del Norte ensuring that no one is left behind.

Philippine Army and Higala Inc. Inspect Restroom Project in Barangay Rogongon

Barangay Rogongon, Iligan City – Representatives from the 503rd Combat Engineer Battalion, led by the delegate of Lt. Col. Myrvin Gargar, and Capt. John Michael H Bautista, Commander of the 2nd Company, 1st CMO Battalion, conducted an inspection of the ongoing construction of two communal restrooms in Barangay Rogongon.

The project is a joint effort between Higala Inc. and the Philippine Army, aiming to provide clean and accessible restroom facilities for the community, especially for women and children.

This partnership reflects the shared goal of bringing basic services to remote areas and improving the daily lives of residents.

𝗩𝗼𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗩𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻: 𝑌𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑣𝑖𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛, 𝑂𝑢𝑟 𝑚𝑖𝑠𝑠𝑖𝑜𝑛

𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗹𝗮𝘆 for Sitio, Kabangahan, Barangay Rogongon Iligan City.We have learned that many students and teachers cannot cross this stream on a school day due to high water levels. This denies access to education and opportunity.

To fix this, Project Higala, in cooperation with the Combat Engineer Battalion and Civil Military Operations, will construct a much-needed bridge.

With the support of our devoted partners, we are breaking obstacles into bridges.
