1.Printed Exam Permit with latest 2x2 picture (with white background)
2.One (1) extra pc latest 2x2 picture with white background
3.Valid ID (School ID, Driver's License, National ID, etc.)
4.Bring your own pencil ( #2)

For Walk-in Applicants:

1.Duly accomplished Application Form
2.Photocopy of Birth Certificate
3.Photocopy of SHS Form 137 or 138 (with at least 85% GPA/GWA)
4.Two (2) latest 2x2 pictures with white background
5.Valid ID
6.Bring your own pencil ( #2)

Why should you join Linggo ng Kabataan ng Activities?

Linggo ng Kabataan is more than just contests and programs. It’s your chance to shine, to serve, and to be part of something bigger than yourself. Dili ni siya lingaw2 lang, chance pod nga ma discover nimo imong hidden talents! This is where you show nga ang kabatan-onan sa Lapuyan kay talentado og aktibo!

Under Article II, Section 13 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution, giila sa balaod nga ang role of the youth in nation building. Dugang pa, gi-mandato sa RA 10742 (SK Reform Act) nga magpahigayon og Linggo ng Kabataan kada tuig, para hatagan og boses ug higayon ang mga batan-on. So kung moapil ka, you’re not just joining for fun, but you’re joining a movement. Whether mag-volunteer ka sa mga activities parehas sa fun run and related events, imuha na nga version sa serbisyo publiko.

Kabalo mi nga naay uban nga mahadlok moapil. Pero ayaw kaulaw, kay diri, walay perpekto nga kabataan. Ang importante kay ang ideya nga malingaw ,andam makat-on, gusto makatabang, ug layo sa bisyo. This is the kind of kabataan nga gikinahanglan sa Lapuyan. Ayaw tugoti nga ang imong role sa komunidad kutob ra sa spectator. Gamiti ninyo ang Linggo ng Kabataan para ipakita nga kita ang boses ug kusog sa lungsod.

Apil na! Ipakita nga ang kabatan-onan sa Lapuyan, abtik, aktibo, ug andam mulihok para sa ikalambo sa Lapuyan.

LOOK : With 96.97% of election returns transmitted as of 12:46 PM, May 13, 2025, the Commission on Elections has officially proclaimed Hon. Nelsa Sulong (PFP) as the duly elected Mayor of Lapuyan with a total of 8,081 votes, alongside Hon. Joel "Nonoy" Sulong (LAKAS), who secured a decisive win as Vice Mayor with 9,423 votes.

The Sulong tandem triumped with a commanding mandate from the people of Lapuyan, marking a historic victory in the 2025 local elections.
