Having a boy and a girl is like love reflected in two directions πŸ’™. It's not just what you give, it's what they create together, off-stage ✨. She's guiding him tenderly, he's taking care of her with instinct πŸ’•. Laughter, disagreements, shared toys, and hugs – a wordless bond forms 😍. A complicity that's born and stays with them πŸ₯°. Your greatest win isn't raising them perfectly, it's teaching them to grow together, so they'll never be alone πŸ’–. They'll always have each other πŸ™.

There’s a lot of noise around when you’re β€œsupposed” to have kids.
Too young. Too old. Too early. Too late 😩 As someone in their mid 30s, half the time I swear people look at me like I’m πŸ‘΅πŸΌπŸ«

But the truth is β€” there is no universal β€œright” timeline.

Some people have children in their 20s.
Some in their 30s.
Some even later.

What matters is what’s right for you and your family β€” your health, your circumstances, your support system, your story.

Parenthood isn’t a race and it isn’t a competition.
It looks different for everyone!

Whenever your journey begins, it’s valid.

πŸ“ŒYour child’s birthday is not your birthdayπŸ“Œ

A child’s birthday is a beautiful reminder of what truly matters.

It’s not about the size of the celebration or how many people are invited.
It’s about making your child feel seen, loved, and cherished.

Sometimes, what children enjoy most isn’t a big gatheringβ€”
but simple moments spent with the people they love most.

Instead of focusing on impressing others, we can choose to focus on our child.
Create memories over performances.
Choose experiences over grand setups.

Let them explore new places, taste new food, laugh until they’re tired, and feel your hand holding theirs through it all.

They don’t need perfect decorations or a long guest list.
They need youβ€”present, playful, and fully there.

Because years from now, they may not remember the details of the party,
but they will remember how special they felt,
how loved they were,
and how you showed up for them on their day.

People may come and go,
but the memories you create with your child will stay with them for a lifetime.

So when you celebrate, build it with love, intention, and presenceβ€”
for the one person who will carry that memory forever. πŸ’›

Not every husband shows love through sweet posts on social media.

Some show it by being present, by working hard for their family, by staying faithful, supportive, and consistent every single day.

Their love isn’t always loud or posted online, but it’s felt in the way they show up, take responsibility, and care through their actions. 🀍

I’m raising both.
Loving both.
Learning both.

Having a son and a daughter is its own beautiful adventure.

Two little hearts, two different worlds, and somehow one mama learning how to show up for each of them in the way they need.

Some days I’m soft.
Some days I’m strong.
Most days I’m both…because they pull different parts of me in the best ways.

I’m learning their personalities, their love languages, their tempers, their tenderness.

I’m learning how to guide them, protect them, and grow with them. And I’m loving every version of who they are becoming.

Raising both isn’t always easy… but it’s the sweetest, most humbling blessing I’ll ever hold.

To my children:
If I’m ever not there,
let love lead you.
Protect each other.
Stay close.
Your bond will always be your greatest strength.

Life progress isn’t defined by owning a car.

A vehicle is not a measure of success, and walking is never a failure.

Let’s teach our children that values matter more than material things.

Humility, discipline, and wisdom are greater signs of growth than any vehicle.

Real success can’t be measured by what you drive. 🀍
