Umuulan na naman, may kasamang takot na baka bumaha uli. Maraming buhay na naman ang maapektuhan. Maging paala-ala sana sa atin na tuwing umuulan, ay may mga ganid at sakim na nakinabang sa kaba ng Bayan. Kaya huwag natin kakalimutan,

Hindi ba nakakakilabot? Isang probinsya palang ito, ang Pilipinas ay may 82 provinces. Iilan lang ang nakikinabang, ilarawan natin ang yaman ng Pilipinas sa Pareto Chart, na kung saan 80% ng yaman ng Bansa nakikinabang lang ay 20% ng populasyon o mas mababa pa. Samantalang yun mas nangangailangan na 80% o mas mataas pa na populasyon ay pinagkakasya lamang ang 20% na natitira sa napaghatian ng mga tiwali. Ikaw hindi kaba kinikilabutan?
