SB Caรฑones graces PCES First Quarter Portfolio Day

" Pag abot ko pala ha gate , nagsuot an akon dughan ngan nakaluha ako han kamingaw ha PCES pero salamat han iyo bulig nga nahingadi ako hini nga posisyon para magin boses Han mga panginahanglan han eskwelahan." SB Caรฑones said.

Sangguniang Bayan Member Evangeline T. Caรฑones, former Master Teacher II of Pagsanghan Central Elementary School attended the First Quarter Portfolio Day to serve as guest. This was her first appearance in the school as a government official.

SB Tan shared an inspirational message to the teachers and parents by which she emphasized her gratefulness still being part of the department as the chairperson on Committee in Education despite her early retirement.

" I am now working for a job order for a library staff in PCES library since teachers can no longer attend to it because of their full teaching loads. Mayor Sed already said it will either be this year or next year depending on the availability of the budget." she added.

The activity was held just this morning, August 30, 2025 to give parents an update of the learning performance of their children in school and to give awards to performing pupils for the first quarter.

Meanwhile, Principal Tess also gave her State of the School Address to inform the parents about the school's programs and projects status.

The activity concluded in a closing remarks given by the GPTA Persident, Mrs. Liezel S. Apdon.

Mag aaral ng PCES, nagpakitang gilas gamit ang Wikang Filipino

Ang Pagsanghan Central Elementary School ay nagsagawa ng pampinid na palatuntunan bilang bahagi ng pagtatapos ng Pagdriwang Ng Buwan ng Wika sa taong iton Kung saan ang nga mag-aaral ay nagpakita ng iba't ibang talento gamit ang Wikang Filipino, Biyernes ng umaga, Agosto 29, 2025.

Ang mga mag-aaral mula Kindergarten hanggang Ikaanim na Baitang ay nagpamalas ng kanilang mga kakayahan sa pag-awit, pagtula at pagsayaw upang magbigay kasiyahan sa mga nagsipagdalo.

Si G. Roberto M. Leopards Jr., ang Pampaaralang Koordineytor sa Filipino ang siyang namahala sa mga gawain mula sa paglulunsad, mga paligsahan at sa pagtatapos ng pagdriwang na ito katuwang ang mga piling g**o na nagtuuturo ng asignaturang Filipino.

"Bilang Filipino dapat na mahalin at linangin natin ang paggamit Ng Wikang Filipino. Iyo ay isang paraan upang maipakita natin nag ating pagiging makabayan." sabi ni Gng. Maria Teresa E. Donadillo, Punungg**o ng PCES sa kanyang mensahe sa programa.

Samantala, nakatanggap ng gantimpala ang mag nagsipagwagi sa paligsahan na na nauna ng ginanap gaya ng Pinot Henyo at pagbabaybay.

Inaasahan na mas higit pa ang magiging paraan pagdiriwang sa susunod na taon upang higit na paunlarin ang paggamit Ng Wikang Filipino.

Governor Sharee Ann Tan has issued Executive Order No. 14, declaring the suspension of classes in all levels in both public and private schools in the Province of Samar on August 26, 2025 due to the effects of a Low Pressure Area and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat).

The Provincial Government of Samar urges everyone to remain alert, prioritize safety, and monitor official advisories from PAGASA and local authorities.

PCES Pupils put their knowledge to test

Pupils of Pagsanghan Central Elementary School faced the First Quarter Examination to evaluate what they learned from the previous months.

While some pupils found the examination day a problem to solve, others were set depending on how they managed their studies.

The test was conducted on August 20 and August 22 leaping August 21 due to Ninoy Aquino Day which could help pupils to review for the remaining subjects to take.

The school principal, Mrs. Maria Teresa E. Donadillo said, she had instructed the master teachers to check and review the Table of Specifications (TOS) and Test Questions of their mentees for the validity of the test materials to be given.

Meanwhile, teachers are now checking the test papers to evaluate the preparedness and areas for improvement.
