Milestones
1991
It was the year when the catastrophic eruption of Mt. Pinatubo took place where the City of Angeles was buried in tons of ashes that resulted in the depletion of city’s economy. Uy adhered to his goal “Invest despite turbulent business times” to supply vital information and entertainment to the Angeleños it their most adverse time, in the most effective medium that time: the television. And then, the Angeles City Cable Television Network (ACCTN) was born.

2001
A decade after the birth of ACCTN, the cable company launched its very own television network: The Metro Clark Media Network. From event coverage, the programming of the station evolved with the airing of Public Affairs programs and flash report news.

2005
The management of Metro Clark Media Network decided to revamp the name and content of its Community Channel from MCN Channel 3 into People, Entertainment and Public Affiars TV (PEP TV). And now, PEP TV became CTV because the management want the people to remember it more as a community channel thus the name CTV.

2012
In this year, the most powerful regional FM radio station was born, D’ Ultimate 105.5 FM which later on partnered with CTV in giving out information and entertainment to their viewers and listeners.

2017
From CTV, it was renamed as CTV3 - Your Community Channel.

2021
