We’re Hiring: Estimating Administrator (Construction VA)

📍 100% Remote
🕒 Full-Time | U.S. Time Zone
💰 P50,000 – P60,000/month

Team Outsource is looking for a detail-oriented Estimating Administrator to support a U.S.-based construction company focused on multifamily renovations. This role is critical in ensuring accurate data, organized files, and complete proposal submissions.

⚠️ Important: This is NOT an entry-level role. Only candidates with experience supporting U.S. construction or estimating teams will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle data entry for estimates and proposals (Google Sheets / Smartsheets)
• Manage file organization and quality control (VERY IMPORTANT)
• Support proposal preparation and completeness checks
• Update and track activities in HubSpot CRM
• Maintain document version control and organized project folders
• Assist with workflow tracking and estimating coordination

Requirements:
✔ Experience as a Construction VA / Estimating Assistant (required)
✔ Strong skills in Google Sheets, Smartsheets, or Excel
✔ Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools
✔ Experience handling construction documents (plans, bids, proposals)
✔ High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
✔ Must be comfortable using a time-tracker (Hubstaff)

Nice-to-Have and Preferred Characteristics:
- Experience supporting estimators or pre-construction teams
- Familiarity with multifamily renovation projects
- Experience with tools like PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar
- Basic understanding of construction estimating workflows
