The 𝗨𝗘𝗣-𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀 is pleased to announce the launch of our new membership form, designed to promote inclusivity and diversity within the University of Eastern Pangasinan. We believe that embracing individuals from various faith backgrounds enriches our shared experiences and fosters a greater understanding among different religious traditions.

We have taken into consideration the sensitivities and requirements of different faiths, ensuring that members can express their religious identity in a way that aligns with their personal beliefs.

By joining 𝗨𝗘𝗣-𝗠𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶-𝗳𝗮𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲𝘀, members will have access to a range of interfaith activities that foster mutual respect and cooperation among diverse religious communities. (The registration is open until 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝟭𝟮, 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟯, 𝗢𝗡𝗟𝗬).

APPLY NOW by filling out the application form in the link given below.

This a reminder that you need to have an 𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗛𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 of the following for you to complete and be able to submit your application successfully:

1. Proof of enrollment for 2nd Semester AY 2022-2023 (a screenshot of your portal account indicating your subjects for the 2nd Semester)

2. A softcopy or photo of the following:

✔️ For 𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗙𝗙 𝗪𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗘𝗥 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, your OWN news, feature, or editorial article about any of the current events in our country, or if you are into Literary writing, your OWN literary work.

✔️ For 𝗟𝗔𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗧 & 𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗣𝗛𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, your OWN layout output; and

✔️ For 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗝𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗧 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻𝘁𝘀, your OWN photo entry. The photo must be in its original form; no filter, no edit, no distortion. Avoid submitting a photo that is pixelated, and blurred.

After filling out the form, your attached output will be evaluated. Then, you will receive an email from us after two (2) to three (3) days indicating whether you passed or not the initial screening. If you passed, you would proceed with the next step of the application.
