Escolta felt smaller that night, or maybe it was just the way the neon caught the violet in her hair. I admit, I am not really sure what I’m writing, or if I'm just observing from my camera... though sometimes the grain makes it feel a lot more like a confession than a composition.

Valencia, Negros Oriental really is the most stunning nature-bound city I know.

Apart from its mesmerizing river, lush greeneries, cold climate, and a healthily thriving community, Valencia might be one of the only places I'd happily live in when given the opportunity. I have only known this place for a short time, yet I'm already in love.

This is the first time I've done a vlog with my phone alone using my uncle's trusty phone stand haha. Since I'm without my laptop and my PC is miles away at home, this is also the first time I have tried CapCut to edit a video- on my phone no less! I'm literally blown away by how effective it can do things in a small package. Perhaps I'll be doing more in my future journey, who knows?

Anyhow, I hope you enjoy the video!
