Immaculate Heart of Mary College Parañaque proudly joins the nation in celebrating Nutrition Month, reaffirming our commitment to promoting healthy lifestyles, balanced nutrition, and overall well-being among every Immaculatinian.

This year’s celebration reminds us that proper nutrition is the foundation of a productive mind, a strong body, and a brighter future. As we embrace healthier food choices, let us also recognize and appreciate the dedication of our hardworking farmers, whose efforts ensure that nutritious food reaches our tables every day.

Together, we can make a difference by reducing food waste, supporting sustainable practices, and encouraging one another to live healthier lives. Through education, awareness, and collective action, we can build a community that values wellness, responsibility, and care for both people and the environment.

Let this celebration inspire us to nourish not only ourselves but also our communities with kindness, gratitude, and healthy habits. Together, let us celebrate Nutrition Month and create a healthier tomorrow for all. # # #
