Job Title: Personal Executive & Secretary (Part-Time)
Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Executive & Secretary to support our team. This part-time position requires one day per week for in-person meetings in BGC, Manila, along with 3-4 hours of daily contact via WhatsApp. Female candidates from Manila are preferred for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls, messages, and emails promptly and professionally. Redirect inquiries as necessary.
- Manage the daily, weekly, and monthly agenda, and coordinate new meetings and appointments with clients and the team.
- Arrange model interviews with clients, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents required by the employer and/or clients.
- Develop and maintain an efficient filing system to ensure easy access and organization of documents.
- Monitor activities and progress of other departments and team members, providing necessary updates to the employer.
- Coordinate travel schedules and make necessary arrangements, including booking transportation and accommodation.
- Capture photographs as required during business-related events and trips.
