She's not easy.

A life with this girl will not be a walk in the park so listen up....

Her past trauma has taught her to build walls up that surround her heart that are nearly indestructible.

She talks back and she stands up for herself because of the things she's been through.

Her feelings are easily hurt and she overthinks literally everything and unfortunately believing the worst case scenario.

She is going to need you be completely honest and be very straightforward with her at all times because she is done playing games like she has with the people in her past, that were the complete opposite of what they proclaimed to be.

She will need continuous reassurance with not only your words, but your actions as well with every single day that passes.

She fights the voices in her head everyday that tells her she's not good enough.

She has anxiety and depression and there will be days where she will struggle to even get out of bed.

She's still learning how to love herself so she will require a little more patience and effort than what you're used to but I promise you this .....

If you can prove to her your intentions are genuine and you show her how much you deeply care through your actions on a daily basis, you will experience one of the most purest forms of love in existence.

Nobody talks about this.

Nobody talks about after you finally heal from a traumatizing relationship.

When you have taken the time to concentrate on yourself and you are finally in a place where you're done healing and you are ready to step out into the dating world again, it's nearly impossible to find someone because you see the red flags in everybody.

You see so many things you're not willing to compromise with because you actually trust your intuition.

You can see when things are an issue with people, and you know you won't be able to get over it later on in that relationship.

So you don't allow your feelings to get in the way of logic and just cut it off before it even gets to that point.

Then you realize how many people aren't actually working on themselves and are just seeking a shallow connection.

They aren't even looking to improve themselves as a partner in a relationship, and they think their perfectly fine the way they are.

So there's no room to grow into a relationship together because they are already set in their ways.

It's a little exhausting at times because you also feel lonely during all of this and that sadness can take a toll on you but you have to remember one thing .....

It's better to be single with high standards than in a relationship settling for less.

Set Boundaries.

Boundaries are not walls, they’re bridges to healthier relationships.

Speak up when something bothers you because silence is often mistaken for acceptance.

Your feelings do matter, and you deserve to be heard.

If someone can’t respect your boundaries, they don’t respect you, then the relationship will unfortunately spiral in a down hill slope.

Always prioritize your independence.

You are a whole person first and a partner second. A strong relationship doesn’t mean giving up who you are; it means growing together while staying true to yourself.

Always remember ... Self respect is non negotiable.
