Members of the Philippine Army's Humanitarian Assistance and Disaster Response (HADR) teams gear up for deployment as Typhoon slightly intensifies and moves toward the Eastern Visayas-Caraga area on Monday.

A total of 417 HADR teams, composed of 4,376 officers, enlisted personnel, CAA members, and reservists from the Army's major units in Visayas, Southern Luzon, Bicol Region, and Metro Manila, began mobilizing for disaster response.

"The Army is now coordinating with national government agencies, local government units, local disaster risk reduction and management offices and other responders for swift and orchestrated HADR efforts in communities that lay on the typhoon’s path," the Philippine Army said. DISCAYA'S LUXURY CARS NOW UP FOR AUCTION

The Bureau of Customs – Port of Manila (BOC-POM) announced on Monday that the seven luxury vehicles seized from the Discaya family will be up for bidding through a public auction.

The vehicles included in the auction are Toyota Tundra (2022), Toyota Sequoia (2023), Rolls Royce Cullinan (2023), Mercedes-Benz G63 AMG (2022), Mercedes-Benz G500 (2019, Brabus), Lincoln Navigator L (2021), and Bentley Bentayga (2022).

Interested bidders may view the cars on November 10–12, 2025, at the PUC Parking Area, OCOM Grounds.

The actual auction will take place on November 17, 2025, 10 AM, at the Situation room of the OCOM building of the Bureau of Customs in Port Area, Manila. (Facebook/Bureau of Customs)
