‘I AM CONFIDENT THAT I HAVE NOT COMMITTED ANY ILLEGAL ACT’

Senator Jinggoy Estrada challenged former DPWH assistant district engineer Brice Ericson Hernandez to undergo a lie detector test after he was implicated in the alleged anomalous flood control projects in Bulacan.

Hernandez earlier claimed that Estrada was the main proponent of funding P355 million worth of flood control projects in various parts of Hagonoy and Malolos in Bulacan, raking in massive kickbacks.
