Do not say that the anti-drug campaign during President Duterte's time was a failure. The campaign actually proved that many drug addicts existed. They voluntarily surrendered out of fear that they might all be killed, as the Duterte government was serious about this effort. And now, what do we have? Even other crimes are on the rise again because criminals no longer have anything to fear; instead, they are being coddled. Things were better before. The ones being killed were legitimate addicts and pushers.
