If a Coocaa 50Y72 unit in Indonesia gets stuck on the startup logo (bootloop) or Android Recovery Error, it does not necessarily mean the mainboard has suffered hardware damage.

In most cases, the mainboard hardware (MediaTek MTK9602 chipset) is completely fine, and the issue is caused by corrupted system files within the Google TV OS. Re-flashing the firmware via a forced USB update restores the core partition system files and safely resolves the issue.
