✅Ihanda ang kanin para sa PINAKBET💚
Ingredients:
• 350g pork liempo
• 1 medium bitter gourd
• 2 medium eggplant
• 3 pcs winged bean/ sigarilyas
• 1 bundle okra
• 10 string beans
• 250g squash
• 2 large tomatoes
• 2 long green pepper
• 1 medium onion
• 4 clove's garlic
• sauteed shrimp paste
• 2 cups water or as desired
• cooking oil
• salt and pepper

Methods:
In the saucepan add a bit of oil. Saute the garlic and onion for a few seconds. Add the tomato, saute until soft. Next is the sliced ​​pork, stir fry until brown and tender. Add shrimp paste and saute for 3 minutes.
Add the squash and green pepper, saute for 2 minutes.

Add water and boil. Add the okra and winged beans. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add the string beans, cook for 2 minutes . Season with salt and pepper. Add the eggplant, stir and cook for 1 minute, stir. Then put the bitter gourd., do not stir. Cover and cook until soft. Toss together. Turn off the heat. ENJOY!
