Ang Fujiwara Effect (o Fujiwhara Effect) ay isang phenomenon sa panahon na nangyayari kapag may dalawang bagyo (tulad ng mga bagyo o typhoon) na malapit sa isa't isa.

Paano ito nangyayari:

Kapag ang dalawang bagyo ay lumapit sa isa't isa (mga 1,000 kilometro o mas mababa ang layo), nagsisimula silang umiikot sa paligid ng isang sentrong punto, parang dalawang mananayaw.

Depende sa kanilang laki, lakas, at distansya, maaaring mangyari ang alinman sa mga ito:

Lamunin ng mas malakas o mas malaking bagyo ang mas mahina.

Magsanib ang dalawang bagyo at bumuo ng mas malakas na bagyo.

Maglayo o maghiwalay sila matapos ang interaksyon.

Bakit ito mahalaga:

Pinapahirap nito ang pag-forecast ng bagyo.

Maaaring magbago ang direksyon o lakas ng mga bagyong sangkot.

Delikado ito lalo na sa mga lugar gaya ng Pilipinas na madalas tamaan ng mga bagyo.

A lot of families grew up with money being a secret.
Usapang bawal.

Pag nagtanong ka kung magkano ang utang—pinapagalitan ka.

But silence doesn’t build wisdom.
It builds fear.
And fear leads to repeating the same mistakes.

So let’s change the narrative.

Let’s raise kids who:
Know how much things cost.
Understand how saving works.
Are not ashamed to talk about budgeting or debt.

Let’s normalize conversations like:
“Hindi muna tayo kakain sa labas ngayon—nag-iipon tayo.”
“Alam mo anak, kulang ang sweldo ngayon, pero babawi tayo next month.”
“Tinuturuan ka namin mag-budget kasi gusto naming mas gumaan ang buhay mo paglaki mo.”

Mas pinalawak na natin ang Kinder cut-off age. Utos ito ni Pangulong Bongbong Marcos na mas gawing accessible ang Kindergarten sa ating mga starting learners.

Sa Bagong Pilipinas, bukas ang classrooms ng DepEd sa mas maraming Kinder learners.
