Wala kaming helper, ayaw ko talaga kumuha as much as possible. Nag hhelp lang samin mom ko minsan lalo na kapag aalis kami and need maiwan si baby. ☺️

What worked for me? Buko juice! Kaloka. Hindi ako kumakain or umiinom ng buko. Hindi ko bet lasa. Pero ngayon? Bestie kami ng juice! 😂

There’s no study na nakakarami siya ng milk, meron lang ako nakita sa tiktok na nag Vita Coco siya and I tried. And it worked like magic!!! Tapos bumibili na kami sa nag lalako dito samin. Since mas affordable.

Buko kasi is nakaka-hydrate and may electrolytes kaya siguro ganon. Worth to try mommies! Nag work siya sakin, baka sainyo din. 🩵🥥🌴
