What keeps customers coming back?
Consistency, integrity, being able to provide solutions the first time, and provide value for the customer's money.
Once again, salamat kaayo po to sir Troy Casquejo (Cebu Luthier) for fixing this acoustic guitar. Akala ko wala nang pag-asa to pero usable pa pala. Kailangan lang maiset up, and for the second time, just like when you fixed/did a full setup on my bass guitar way back in 2023, you never fail po to deliver quality results every single time. Special thanks rin to Comatose PH for introducing their trusted luthier to me. Next time yung electric guitar ko naman dadalhin ko sa inyo sir. Saludo talaga. Highly recommended sa mga nag hahanap ng trusted luthiers dyan.
Dun naman sa online store na nagbenta sa akin ng guitar, salamat sa pagpapaalala sa akin na pag instruments talaga ang bibilhin, never do it online; you need to go to the store and try it yourself first before paying for it. Di po refund ang kelangan ko; I need business partners that can be accountable and honest. A simple "sorry for the inconvenience, we will do better next time" could have resolved this issue instead of "irefund nalang po namen yung pera nyu tutal di kayo marunong mag tono." FYI po, ganto itsura ng low action (see last photo, 12th fret ang distance lang ay tamang kasya lang ang old PRC license pero wala paring fret buzz): kahit nakatono sya sa standard E, di masakit sa kamay or mataas sa 12th fret onwards; di po pag wala sa tono tsaka lang mababa ang action. The guitar needs adjustments on the saddle, nut, and truss rod for it to be usable. Bago pa po nauso ang clip tuners/pedal tuners, nag-gigitara na po ako, and I can tune my guitar/bass without relying on equipment po. Word of mouth is a powerful marketing tool; eventually it will bite you back hard pag shady kayo sa mga transactions nyo.
