I CAN’T AFFORD TO LIVE IN THE TOWN I GREW UP IN!

I’m on a mission to work the Monopoly board across the states and figure out how to eventually earn my way back and move back to where I grew up in California. Why I would want to remain here is an entirely different topic though. So many nice places outside this poorly run state.

Every visit to Texas to work with the Bogart family brings new adventures! ♥ We toured the city of Evant and took tons of community and aerial footage for Scott's Ranch Lands business, visited the local farmer's market to promote Green Ape Coffee, and did a livestream Green Ape Coffee roast in Lago Vista with Chris. Life doesn't get any better than loving your work, the people you work with, the adventures you partake in, and the coffee you imbibe. 💯

Full disclosure: I get a Buffalo Wild Wings card for every closed deal Scott Bogart gets out of this. I will split it with you as my guest. You just have to drive out to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Union City, CA to redeem! I like my wings naked and mango habanero on the side with some lemon pepper dust.

My trip to Louisiana was a real eye opener. 👀 Not to mention a mouth opener. It was a cultural (and culinary) discovery that differed from the norm in California. The real estate 🏡 market in Baton Rouge is also ready for a massive boom; all the ingredients are there, great locations, excellent schools, fantastic community, and if that won't win you over, jambalaya, beignets, hush puppies and crawfish will definitely weaken your resolve!

A huge shout out to my good friend Cori who took me on a visual and gastronomic tour of the best of what Louisiana has to offer. ♥
I still have the beads in my dresser.

Started off my day with a cup of Better Buzz coffee ☕ Little did I know how much I was gonna need it, because I was about to tackle one hell of a challenge shooting a property in San Marcos, about half hour from Encinitas 🌊 , The owners wanted it to go to market FAST, but the property wasn't staged (so no furniture, empty rooms), and I figured, "that can't be so bad," but then I arrive at the property and guess what, power's out. With fingers crossed, caffeine in my veins, I prayed that third time's the charm, and that I was gonna pull this job off with great success. 📸💪

Jordan and I hit the road once more, this time we're in California, making our way from Bay Area down to Long Beach and over to Catalina Island. 🏝💯 We often talk about business together, but we were distracted by dolphins🐬, so we agreed to admire dolphins for a bit, then business later.

And while we were having a great time in Avalon, Jordan and I teamed up to help boost my friend Raffy's business and promote his Mabuhay Charters business. Overall an amazing, productive, and dolphin-filled experience that's made memorable by doing great work, seeing great sights, and being with great people. MABUHAY!⛴

Always loved that quote, but never knew it was Lance that was the source. I would have used it less knowing he used drugs to help subside the “pain.”

Still a good lesson to teach my son.
