Samsung S26 Ultra - Miss-leading Freebies Promotions (LAZADA APP)

Sharing my pre-order experience for the Samsung S26 Ultra and other S26 variants. They included some awesome freebies like a magnetic case, a wireless magnetic power bank, and a charging adapter!
I placed an order for a Samsung device through the official Samsung online store on the Lazada app because of the pre-order freebies included with the promotion.
After waiting two weeks, I received the delivery today, but the package only contained the phone itself. None of the promised freebies were included. When I checked my order status on the app, the freebies were still showing as "Not Yet Packed" / "To Ship.
Despite the delay, I have been patiently waiting and constantly following up through the Lazada app and Samsung support. I keep getting the same generic apologies and promises, with agents blaming delivery issues and item delays. I need a concrete update on my missing items.

I have been going back and forth with customer support repeatedly, yet I have still not received a resolution regarding the missing items that were supposed to be included as part of the Samsung Philippines pre-order promotion.
I also checked the product reviews and was surprised to find that the majority of customers who purchased through this promotion did not receive their bundled items either. It appears customer service has been giving the same misleading promises to everyone.
Shout out to LAZADA and SAMSUNG PH—they are completely refusing to take responsibility for their customers! Samsung, this pre-order promotion was an absolute LIE and completely misleading to consumers.
Don’t promise freebies if you have no intention of delivering them! 🛑📱 "
