Akala ko ang negosyo, pera lang ang kailangan.
Pero nung pumalpak ako…
doon ko lang talaga nakilala kung sino ako.

Nagsimula ako ng negosyo puno ng pangarap, puno ng diskarte.

At sa simula?
Pumaldo. Kumikita. May sales. May resulta.
Aminado ako na-excite ako na overwhelmed.

Kaya sumubok ng iba nag-diversify.
Pinasok ang kung anu-anong opportunity.
Mga sinabing “paldo tayo dito”, “sureball,” “walang talo”, “passive income.”
Kahit wala akong alam sa pinasok ko at risk, sinalang ko ang puhunan.

At Doon ako bumagsak.

Isang maling desisyon, sunod-sunod na pagkalugi.
Hanggang sa wala na.
Wala na ang kita. Wala na ang kapital.
Wala na rin yung mga taong akala ko kasama ko sa ups and down.

Yung mga dating proud sakin? Tahimik na.
Yung laging present nung kasagsagan ko? Nawala na.
Ang naiwan? Ako.
At ang sarili kong boses sa gabi na paulit-ulit lang tinatanong:
“Bakit ako nagkamali?”

ITO YUNG DARKSIDE NG PAG NENEGOSYO!

Hindi ito madalas sinasabi sa social media
Ang tunay na kalaban sa negosyo, hindi lang losses.
Kundi yung mental breakdown na dala ng sunod-sunod na pagkatalo.

Yung tipong… kahit gusto mong bumangon,
wala ka nang lakas kasi kahit sarili mo, di mo na mapaniwala ulit.

Pero kahit paunti-unti…
Bumangon ako.

Kahit sugatan.
Kahit walang cheer.
Kahit tahimik ang mundo.

Bakit?
Kasi may magulang akong umaasa sa’kin.
May pamilya akong walang ibang sandalan kundi ako.
At may pangarap akong hindi ko kayang ibaon sa lupa.

Ano yung Realization ko dito?

Ngayon alam ko na.
Hindi lang kita ang dapat alam mo sa negosyo.
Dapat marunong ka ring magbasa ng panganib.
Dapat marunong kang tumanggi sa opportunity kung hindi mo pa naiintindihan ang laro.

Kasi hindi lang pera ang nakataya dito…
kasama ang Mental Health mo.
kasama ang Tiwala mo sa Sarili.
kasama ang mga Taong Mahal mo.

Kung may pinagdadaanan ka ngayon sa negosyo,
ito lang masasabi ko:

Hindi ka nag-iisa.
At hindi ito ang ending mo.

Ang uling at diamond, magkalayo sobra ang value...
Pero pareho lang silang galing sa carbon.

Ano ang pinagkaiba?
✅ Uling — madaling madurog, ginagamit panggatong.
✅ Diamond — sobrang tigas, sobrang mahal, ginagawang alahas.

Bakit ganon?
Because diamonds went through intense pressure, time, and transformation. Tumaas ang value dahil sa pinagdaanang stress.

👉 Lesson?
Pareho lang tayong tao, lahat tayo may potential.
Pero kung iiwas ka sa pressure, hindi ka magiging diamond.
Yung hirap na pinagdadaanan mo ngayon? Pampalakas yan, Pampatibay at Pampataas ng value mo.
