You know whatโs crazy?
A diamond doesnโt sparkle when itโs buried. Down there, it just looks like another piece of carbon... dark, rough, ordinary.
But once itโs pulled out, placed in the right hands, polished, and set under the lightโฆ it shines. Not because it suddenly became valuable, but because it was finally in the right place to show what itโs always been.
And I think thatโs a lot like us.
Sometimes you feel invisible, overlooked, maybe even โnot good enough.โ But itโs not because you donโt have talent or value... itโs because youโre in an environment that canโt see it.
Hereโs the thing:
- You might be measured against the wrong standard.
- You might be surrounded by people who donโt recognize your gifts.
- Or you might simply be in soil that doesnโt help you grow.
Improvement matters, yes. But so does alignment.
With the right environment. With the right people. With the right purpose.
So if youโre feeling stuck or unseen, donโt rush to doubt yourself.
