Prayer for the Protection of the Philippines from Earthquakes and Disaster.
Lord Jesus Christ,
Our Savior and Protector, we come before You with humble and fearful hearts.
The earth trembles in Visayas ,Mindanao, and parts of Luzon, and we cry out for Your Divine Mercy and Protection.
Stretch forth Your powerful hand, Lord, and calm the trembling ground beneath us.
Keep our beloved Philippines safe from destruction, especially from strong earthquakes, floods, and volcanic eruptions.
We entrust to You, Lord, our brothers and sisters in Visayas, Mindanao, Baguio, Isabela, and Zambales. Shield from the harm, and spare them from fear and suffering.
We especially pray that Taal Volcano may remain calm and silent---
let it not erupt or bring devastation to our people and land.
Mama Mary, Our Mother and Queen,
wrap your loving mantle around the Philippines. Intercede for us, your children,
and ask your Son Jesus, to protect us from every danger.
Comfort those who are afraid, strengthen our faith,
and lead us always to trust in God's Mercy.
All Saints of God and Holy Angel's, watch over our country.
Stand guard over our homes,our families and our communities.
Protect our frontliners, our leaders, and every Filipino from harm.
Pray the peace, safety, and faith will reign over our land.
Heavenly Father,
we surrender the Philippines into your loving hands.
May your Mercy cover our nation
and may you will be done---always for our good
and Your glory.
We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen 🙏
