This is exactly what happens when you hire the wrong people.

It's frustrating beyond measure.

It leads to:

⚡ Wasted resources
⚡ Increased stress
⚡ Lost opportunities
⚡ Damaged reputation

Yes, it's a relentless cycle.

Feeling overwhelmed, making the wrong hires, and then feeling even more overwhelmed.

But there's a way out.

It's about doing it right.

My content used to be all over the place too.

First, I made content for my fellow freelancers which never worked because they're not my target market.

Then I added a touch of "motivational" quotes thinking it might help me get more clients.

Until I learned that these are not the type of content my dreamy clients want to see.

It doesn't solve their problem.

So I changed the way I write my content.

Maybe it's not them, it's you. 👀

Picture this - you're scrolling through your feed, trying to unwind after a long day. Then you come across a post from someone who sounds like they're from another planet. You don't understand a thing!

That's exactly what happens when you drown your content in jargon.

It's like you're building a huge wall around your message. No wonder nobody's stopping to check on your content. 🦗

I helped a client who experienced the same problem.

What did I do?

I gave her a content makeover. We ditched those deep topics and came up with a way to simplify everything.

As a service provider, your goal isn't to impress with fancy-shmancy words - it's to CONNECT.

🪄 Because when you speak their language, magic happens.

🪄 Inquiries start flooding in.

🪄 Referrals will come knocking.

Suddenly, you're gonna be the talk of the town (or at least on social media).

TIME IS YOUR BEST FRIEND IN THIS SITUATION ⌛

Starting early allows you to build trust and authority.

You'll have time to attract and engage with potential customers.

It gives you time to dry different approaches, learn what works, and refine your tactics.

Because when the time comes you promote something, your audience will listen more because they already trust you.

👉🏻 Ideally, you need 2 to 3 months to see tangible results.

✨ So give your content manager time.

It's not a delivery you can expect within 2-7 days -- not if you want quality service. 😘

Sometimes, I take on BCS clients if I want to test out an offer and my skills.

But I never documented it.

I mean, yung process, naka-reord sa akin pero I never share it here.

Now, as part of my 2024 building habits (char), magha-halungkat ako ng mga results na ginagawa ko for these BCS people.

Actually, not only BCS lang. Pati na din mga small wins, how I do things, etc etc. so I have something to look back to. Memories ganorn and to build my credibility here and on LinkedIn.

I feel like hindi ko masyado nasho-show off yung mga pinaghihirapan kong gawa in the past.

Will share my recent BCS next week I did for a friend na related sa offer ko. Hihihi. I got permission to share most deets. 🔥

One reason why you're having a hard time making content is that you're probably repeating what you already saw on Google.

Don't worry. When I started posting 3 years ago, I did it too. Trust me, this mistake will probably cost you more when it comes to nurturing your audience and converting them into paying clients.

My advice?

Stop helping others by repeating what can be found on Google.

Start sharing your thoughts and experiences.
