Tama ba na PAGSAMANTALAHAN ang KAGIPITAN ng kapwa?

Kahit mahirap ang buhay ngayon, hindi yan sapat na dahilan para MANLAMANG ng iba.

That is the reason why I decided to focus on mentoring FAs.

Ang FA, tutulungan ka na makaiwas sa kagipitan at sa pagkakataon na hindi mo inaasahan, ang FA mo din ang gagabay sa yo para mai-claim ang proceeds ng policy mo o ng mahal mo sa buhay.

I received a call yesterday from a broker. Gusto ko daw bang ipa-lease ang Club Membership Shares ko sa Tagaytay Highlands.

I said yes dahil hindi naman ako regular na nakakapunta don.

Sabi nya ang Lessee ang magbabayad ng Club Membership Dues.

I asked pano naman ang Lease sa akin.

Wala daw.

Nagmamadali sya na iconfirm ang transaction since she already has a ready Lessee.

After that call, naisip ko bakit ba ako minamadali ng broker na to?

Ano ba ang kikitain nya sa deal na ito if wala naman palang babayaran ang Lessee kundi ang Club Membership Dues lang?

I decided to call their company, G&W.

I pretended to be interested to Lease Club Membership Shares in Tagaytay Highlands.

Sabi ng nakausap ko, aside from the Club Membership Dues, I will need to pay the Annual Leasing Fee or Assignor's Fee (due to the Lessor) amounting to P55K.

I asked her to text the details to me.

So kaya pala nagmamadali yung broker na kausap ko.

They will collect P55K from the Lessee BUT THEY WILL NOT REMIT ANYTHING to the Lessor.

PAGSASAMANTALA.

PANLOLOKO.

As Sales Professionals, we are paid COMMISSIONS.

Walang masama dyan.

FAs also receive commission but that is just a small percentage compared to the benefits our clients will derive from their policies.

Huwag naman yung practice ng iba na NILOLOKO ang INVESTOR na namuhunan.

Puro na lang ba malasakit sa sariling bulsa nila?

Kumita nga sila pero may KONSENSYA pa kaya?

What comes around goes around.

Maging patas po sana tayo sa lahat ng
pagkakataon.

Kung kayo man ay nagigipit ngayon at hangad nyong iliquidate ang properties ninyo, kumausap po kayo ng mga tao na gagabayan kayo.

Umiwas sa mga taong MAPAGSAMANTALA sa KAGIPITAN at KAMANGMANGAN ng kapwa.

PAG-INGATAN ang PERANG PINAGHIRAPAN.
