God isn’t looking for the most qualified, He’s looking for the most willing. Show up, and let Him do the rest. 🙏🏻

This body is a sacred gift.
Not something to be obsessed over, and not something to ignore.
Let’s walk in the middle ground of honoring what God has given, not worshiping it, not neglecting it. 💛

So many Christians pray for the anointing. We want to be anointed to speak with power and boldness about the gospel. We want our songs to be anointed to lead people into the presence of God. We want our words that we write to be impactful and carry power. We want our prayers to be weighted and carry the presence of the Holy Spirit.

No doubt we want the anointing but are we willing to withstand the crushing that comes to create the anointing?

Are we willing to be pressed down on all sides?
Are we willing to be held to the fire to purify what's in our hearts? Are we willing to be crushed so that pure oil leaks out from our heart?

The crushing produces the anointing.
Walking with Jesus through the fire produces the anointing. Totally surrendering under His hand builds the anointing. Laying at His feet and weeping is when He pours that costly oil out upon our heads, hands and lips.

We can pray for anointing but then don't run when you are pressed and continually pressed until fine oil is produced.
The anointing is costly.
It comes at a cost of dying to self that I don't know if many are willing to pay the price for.

The pressing isn't meant to harm you, it's used to
produce character. It's used so that one day you can bring hope and life to another person. Your suffering will be used for good in the hands of God. He will use what you thought might kill you to bring life to someone else.

What I know is if you get through the pressing...
If you don't run...
If you don't despise your suffering...
If you submit to His ways and His will
then you will see His glory.
You will walk in the Spirit with power.
You will be anointed to do His work.
And it will be worth it all.

Too many of us have learned how to look spiritual without truly living surrendered. We show up to church, sing the songs, post the Bible verses… but deep down, we know we haven’t allowed God to change the parts of us we hold onto in secret. The truth is…the devil doesn’t mind you going to church if your heart stays hard and your life stays the same.

This post isn’t about judgment. It’s not saying you have to be perfect. None of us are. It’s about being honest: Are we letting Jesus transform our lives from the inside out, or are we settling for appearance over surrender?

God’s grace isn’t just a covering for our habits, it’s the power to break free from them. Real faith will challenge your comfort. It will confront your flesh. And yes, sometimes it will hurt before it heals. But that’s where freedom begins.

So if you feel convicted, that’s not shame—it’s the Holy Spirit inviting you into something deeper. Don’t settle for a faith that makes you feel good but never makes you new. Jesus didn’t die to make you better behaved. He died to make you brand new. 🙏🏻🤍

Bring them to church.
Draw them to Jesus.
Teach them to love God first.

Saturate their lives with the Word of God.
*Even if they lay on the floor. Even if they need 437 goldfish and a sucker to be quiet.
*Even if you stand in the back swaying back and forth holding them. Even when it’s hard.
*Even when when your row looks like a small hurricane just came through.

Bring them to church.
*Let them see you worship.
*Let them see you pray.
*Let them see you running toward the Savior ... because if they don’t see and learn these things from you, who are they going to learn them from?

The world will teach them it’s not a priority.
The world will teach them it’s okay to lay out, not to pick up their Bibles.
The world will direct them so far off course, confuse them, and misinform them that just being “good” is enough. The world won’t teach them about Jesus. That’s our job!

Bring them to church.
