1. Pwede mag-cause ng lung damage – Va**ng can harm your lungs, leading to conditions like "popcorn lung" (bronchiolitis obliterans) dahil sa harmful chemicals like diacetyl.

2. May ni****ne na nagdudulot ng addiction – Most v**es contain ni****ne, na nakakahumaling at pwedeng magpataas ng risk mag-smoke ng traditional ci******es later.

3. Pwedeng mag-trigger ng heart problems – Va**ng can increase heart rate and blood pressure, which may lead to higher risk ng heart disease in the long run.

4. Nagkakaroon ng harmful chemicals – Kahit "less harmful" daw kaysa yosi, may mga v**e juices na may formaldehyde, heavy metals, at iba pang toxins na delikado sa katawan.

5. Pwedeng makasira ng oral health – Va**ng can cause dry mouth, gum irritation, at mas malala pa, tooth decay dahil sa sugary flavors at chemicals.

6. Negative effect sa brain development lalo na sa teens – Kung bata o teenager, ang ni****ne sa v**e ay nakakasira sa brain development, affecting memory, focus, at mood.
