Job Description
- Act as a liaison between the organization and the clients to ensure that the clients are properly guided and catered to throughout the entire publishing process and/or services covered by the clients’ purchase.

Job Responsibilities
• Attracts potential clients by answering service-related questions, as well as suggesting information about other services.
• Makes sure that the clients’ concerns and inquiries are appropriately addressed with correct information in a timely manner.
• Opens client accounts by recording account information.
• Maintains client accounts by updating account information.
• Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing client information.
• Recommends potential services to the management by collecting client information and analyzing client needs.
• Resolves service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure that the issue is resolved.
• Responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the rest of CSM staff does the same.

Qualifications and Skills
Proficient in MS Word (or other MS applications such as Power Point, Publisher or Excel), Adobe InDesign, or Adobe Acrobat.

Know-how on other desktop publishing programs is a plus.
