⏳ Is it deadlines, constant assignments, and responsibilities that are weighing on you? Well, you are not the only one! As a student, it deeply feels as if you are caught in a loop of stress, but you do have options to manage your time and reduce stress!😰🎯✨

💡 Here's a list of the latest recommendations, tips, and insights from other students:

✅ Organize Tasks by Priority – Prepare a to-do list 📝 for every task that is urgent or that needs to be accomplished first. Keep using a planner as well!

✅ Set Attainable Goals – Divide complicated tasks into simpler ones 🏆. Strive to accomplish one thing at a time.

✅ Procrastination is Not an Option – Set goals and deadlines for yourself and reach them ⏰. It will be 100 times easier if you accomplish the task early!

✅ Rest Periods are a Must – Rejuvenate your mind 🔄. You can try the Pomodoro method (25 minutes of study, 5 minutes break).

✅ Drink Water and Move More – A little exercise 🏃‍♂️, some meditation 🧘‍♀️, or a chug of water 💦 before attempting the task can boost your performance significantly.

✅ Seek Out Help When Needed – Accept help offered from teachers or classmates, or even student services if it gets too much 🤝.
