In this episode, I sat down with and talked about the quiet power of noticing what most people overlook.

We explored how photography became more than art for him. His work reminds us that beauty does not always arrive in grand events. Sometimes, it lives in the small and fleeting moments we often take for granted.

One of the biggest takeaways from this conversation is simple: the most meaningful stories are often the ones happening right in front of us.

If you have ever felt like your life is too ordinary to matter, this episode will help you see that there is poetry in the everyday.

Sometimes the best thing you can do is rest.

talks about why quiet time and rest are something they intentionally include in their budget as a family.

Because taking a day off can feel like “losing money” at first. But what you’re really buying is time, peace, and recovery.

Not everyone has the privilege to stop working.

But if you can create space to rest, even a little, it can help you think clearer, feel lighter, and live better.

Sometimes doing nothing is also part of the work.

When was the last time you truly rested?

You don’t need to fear failure.. you need to handle it well.

shares how failure helps you understand yourself better. What you can handle, what you really want, and what kind of person you become when things don’t go your way.

Because success can reveal you too.

How you handle both failure and success says a lot about who you are.

What has failure taught you about yourself?

Family becomes your reason to keep going.. so keep showing up.

talks about how family became his anchor through everything.

There are days when inspiration is low, but he knows he still has to show up.

Because when people depend on you, you don’t always have the luxury of waiting to feel motivated.

You do the work.

Not just for yourself.. but for the people you love.

What responsibility keeps you going these days?

Is entrepreneurship something you’re meant for, or something you choose along the way?

Not everyone starts entrepreneurship with certainty. Some just start.

Steve Sy’s journey made me question whether entrepreneurship is a calling or something you slowly grow into through experience.

Because when you look closer not everyone starts with a clear desire to build a business. Some start because they want freedom. Some start because they want to escape a 9 to 5. Others just see an opportunity and decide to try.

And maybe that is the truth people do not say enough.

Entrepreneurship often starts in uncertainty. You do not always wake up knowing this is your path. You build it through decisions you make without full clarity.

But over time something shifts.

You start noticing patterns in yourself. You realize you are uncomfortable staying in one place for too long. You start solving problems differently. You become more aware of opportunities others overlook. And slowly without forcing it you start thinking less like an employee and more like a builder.

That is what Steve Sy’s experience reflects. Not an overnight switch but a slow shift through action and repetition.

That is when it starts to feel like a calling not because it was obvious from the beginning but because you kept choosing it in small ways.

But not everyone who tries entrepreneurship will feel that shift. Some will realize they are meant for something else and that experience is still valuable.

Because entrepreneurship is not just about building businesses.

It is about building awareness of how you operate when nothing is certain.

How do you make decisions without clarity how do you handle failure without a safety net how do you keep going when motivation runs out

Those answers shape you whether you stay or not.

So maybe the better question is not if entrepreneurship is your calling

Maybe it is what Steve Sy’s path is revealing about you along the way

You can make money from your passion.. without losing your passion.

talks about how creatives protect their love for art while still making a living from it.

The key is to keep something that’s fully yours.

Something you create without pressure.

Because personal work keeps your passion healthy.

What’s one thing you want to create without limits?

You don’t stay inspired by waiting to feel inspired.

In this episode, talks about why discipline matters when your work, family, and future depend on you.

There will be days when you don’t feel inspired. But when you know where you’re going, you keep showing up anyway.

He also shares how seeing other people stay passionate through setbacks reminds him to keep going.

Because real inspiration is not just a feeling. It’s something you protect through purpose, humility, and consistency.

We discuss:

* How one message changed the way he saw his creative work
* Why talent should not become an ego trip
* How his project became a book published in America
* What keeps him inspired after years of creating
* Why humility matters when success starts coming in
* The importance of rest, quiet time, and doing nothing

If you’re a creative trying to find meaning in your work.. or someone learning how to stay grounded while building something bigger than yourself.. this episode is for you.
