The Journal of the ASEAN Federation of Endocrine Societies (JAFES) held its Editorial Board Meeting via Zoom to discuss updates on journal operations, key editorial policies and future directions.

The meeting was especially meaningful as it marked a leadership transition, honoring Dr. Elizabeth Paz-Pacheco for 15 years of inspiring service as Editor-in-Chief and warmly welcoming Dr. Cecilia Jimeno, who will take on the role after the November issue.

Under Dr. Pacheco’s helm, all our goals were met, a testament to her visionary leadership and unwavering commitment to research. We thank her for steering JAFES to new heights and we look forward to continued growth and excellence under Dr. Jimeno’s guidance.
