In line with Memorandum Circular No. 96, s. 2025 issued by Malacaรฑang, work and classes at Passi City College will be suspended starting at 1:00 PM to allow employees and students to spend quality time with their families.

Passi City College emphasized the importance of the family as the cornerstone of a just, compassionate, and progressive society.

Col. Poblete also visited Passi City College (PCC) and met with Dr. Janice Jennifer P. Palmares, College President, along with Col. Rolly B. Figueroa, PCC ROTC Commandant.

The visit highlighted the recent achievements of the PCC ROTC Unit, which earned multiple distinctions, including Best in Administration and Management, Best in Small Unit Tactics, Best in Basic Life Support, Best in Comprehensive Examinations.

In recognition of these accomplishments, City Mayor Atty. Palmares was presented with a plaque of recognition following the outstanding performance of the PCC ROTC Unit in the 2025 Regional Annual Administrative and Tactical Inspection (RAATI), where the unit was ranked the Regionโ€™s Top 1 ROTC Unit.

LTC Janice Jennifer P. Palmares, PA (RES), was honored during the 42nd Founding Anniversary and Stakeholderโ€™s Recognition Ceremony of the Reserve Command, Philippine Army (RESCOM, PA), held on September 1, 2025, at Camp Riego De Dios, Tanza, Cavite. She was recognized as one of the recipients of the Plaque of Appreciation and Stakeholder Award from RESCOM, and notably, as the sole Stakeholder Awardee of the Philippine Army.

She received the Philippine Army Stakeholder Award and a Plaque of Appreciation in recognition of her exceptional leadership, unwavering support, and dedicated service to RESCOM. The award was personally conferred by Lt. Gen. Antonio G. Nafarrete, PA, Commanding General of the Philippine Army, who served as Guest of Honor and Speaker and Maj. Gen. Ramon P. Zagala, PA, Commander of RESCOM. Also present at the event was Col. Edralin L. Poblete, ART (GSC) PA, Group Commander of the 6RCDG.

The presence of said distinct individuals underscored the significance of the event and the high regard in which LTC Palmaresโ€™ contributions to both the Reserve Force and the civilian sector are held.
