Gracious Lord,
I bring before You the burdens that weigh heavy on my heart.
Your Word reminds me to cast all my cares upon You, for You promise to sustain me.
Strengthen my faith to trust that You will never let me be shaken.
When worries rise, help me rest in Your peace, knowing You hold me firmly in Your hands.
Thank You for being my refuge and my strength.

Heavenly Father,
Thank You for reminding me through Your Word that true greatness is found in humility.
Help me to set aside selfish ambition and pride, and instead look to the needs of others with compassion and grace.
Teach me to serve with a pure heart, to value others above myself, and to reflect the humility of Christ in all I do.
May my actions bring honor to You and be a blessing to those around me.

Heavenly Father,

I thank You for the gift of life, both physical and spiritual. Just as I need food each day to live, I know I need Your Word even more to truly thrive. Teach me to hunger for what comes from Your mouth, not just for what fills my stomach.

Let Your truth guide my steps, nourish my soul, and strengthen my heart. When I feel weak, empty, or lost, remind me that Your Word brings life, hope, and direction.

8 Things You Must Never Share on Social Media

1. Your deepest family problems (Proverbs 17:9)
Social media is not a healing ground for private wounds. When you expose family conflicts online, you invite mockery and judgment from strangers who don’t love you. Wisdom says some matters must remain within the walls of your home, for peace is preserved when privacy is protected.

2. Your financial struggles or breakthroughs (Philippians 4:12)
Whether you are lacking or overflowing, social media is not the place to announce it. Poverty attracts pity and manipulation, while wealth attracts envy and hidden enemies. Learn to live in quiet dignity, for God who blesses you in secret knows how to showcase you at the right time.

3. Your intimate relationships (Song of Solomon 2:15)
Every love story thrives in discretion. When you bring the details of your relationship to social media, you expose it to strange voices and unnecessary opinions. The vineyard of love is easily spoiled when outsiders are allowed to meddle. Guard it jealously, for not every happiness should be public.

4. Your plans before they manifest (Nehemiah 2:12)
Destinies are aborted when premature announcements are made. Sharing your dreams and projects too early gives room for opposition and unseen sabotage. Even Nehemiah kept his plans hidden until the right time. Silence before manifestation is not weakness but strategy.

It is unwise to let the whole world know where you are at every moment. Enemies monitor, predators track, and not everyone watching you is wishing you well. Discretion in movement is part of divine preservation. Safety is often hidden in silence.

Social media is not a dumping ground for every emotion. When you vent your rage online, you damage your image and give enemies tools to use against you. Self-control is power, and silence is often louder than shouting. Your peace is more precious than likes and comments.

8. Your personal secrets and vulnerabilities (Proverbs 13:3)
A man’s life is destroyed when he cannot guard his tongue. Social media is not a safe vault for confessions or weaknesses, because what you post can never be erased. Guard your heart and guard your words, for not everyone smiling at you online is truly your friend.
