Breaking News: Three Seamen Died

On December 8, 2023, at 13:10, three Sailors—CE, ETO, and Fitter—passed away on the Bulk Vessel,MV Blue Cecil, in the South China Sea. The ship changed its route off Bolinao, Northwest Luzon, on December 8, while enroute and heading from USA to Singapore. The Captain reported that three crew members were very sick and needed urgent help, the vessel immediately altered her course to Manila. Sadly, the Captain later said the crew members didn't make it.
On December 9, the ship anchored at Manila Bay, and they are moving or already moved the bodies to the port. The caused of this tragedy was dangerous fumes from the cargo hold, which had scrap metal.
