Binat for two weeks. Kaya pa nmn.
Super MOM tayo kaya walang sukuan to.💪

Caused of binat👇

👉Walang pahinga (4-5hrs sleep per day, 20hrs gising)

👉Sameness in routine ( full-time mom will understand)

👉overthinking (walang peace of mind kase walang assurance, natutulog na may sama ng loob, sudden outburst na kahit naghuhugas ng plato, naglalaba at kahit naliligo pa yan)

👉Overstimulated ( YES. Nangyayari dn talaga to. Yung nasanay kana sa daily routine, paiba-ibang behavior ng anak mo, pero ma ooverwhelm ka padin.

👉Kulang sa tulog (sabi ko nga, 4hrs of sleep per day ——20hrs gising. Baka mamaya tagos-pader na ko neto😅

👉Stress ( sino bang hindi ma-stress kapag kargo mo lahat sa loob ng bahay, tapos may anak ka pang may special needs. Hehehehe tawa ko nlng to. Kaya ko pa naman.

Nasa point na ko ng buhay ko na sinasama ko na sa prayers ko yung "Lord, wag po muna akong magkasakit. Hintayin po muna natin mister ko kase kawawa nmn anak ko kapag natuluyan na ko." HAHAHAH ay for da goooo😅

Therapy day✨

Mavy while waiting na mag open ang therapy center.

10minutes before time nya (8am) dumating na kami. Since closed pa ang center, umakyat muna kami sa 2nd floor para d sya mainip.

Meron playhouse sa taas, at umiiyak sya kapag closed yun pero ngayon hindi na. Wala ng iyak iyak at pagdadabog.

Kahit paano natututo at nakakaintindi na na kapag closed mag "wait" o di kaya
"comeback later"., wala na gaanong frustration at mabilis na ma divert and emotions.Proud of you langga.🥰

Hindi nagsasalita pero naririnig ka nya.✨

Kung meron kang kilalang non-conversant, lagi natin tatandaan na:

Hindi porket d sila nagrerespond, hindi ibig sabihin non na hindi nila tayo naririnig.

Dahil d sila nakakapag react sa paraang gusto natin, hindi ibig sabihin na di nila tayo naiintindihan.

Sa totoo lang, hindi ko talaga alam kung ano ang tumatakbo sa utak ng anak ko. Ang alam ko lang, Naririnig nya at naiintindihan nya ako.

Hindi lang sya mkapag respond by words —— pero nakakarinig, nakakakita, nakakapag absorb.

Wala kaming back-and-forth conversation. Hindi pa. Siguro hindi na talaga mangyayari yun. Pero naniniwala ako na kung ano yung naririnig nya, it stays with him.

I'm still hoping na sana balang araw masasabi nya lahat ng gusto nya. Lahat ng ayaw nya. Lahat ng masakit sa kanya. Lahat ng nararamdaman nya. 🥹🙏
