Negosyong Kanto Fried Chicken, 30% ang ROI per day.

While I was doing my fieldwork this week, nagutom kami and napag-tripan namin kumain sa streed food strip sa isang bayan dito sa Pampanga. Nakakatuwa kasi very vibrant ang street food scene dito kahit wala na sya sa city.

The cart is located sa Parian, Mexico. Near Enoc 711. Masarap yung fried chicken nila!

Anyway. Habang kumakain kami, nakipagkwentuhan kami sa nagtitinda which happens to be the owner of the food cart.

Here’s the summary:

Capital: 6,000
Sales: 7,500-7,800
Net Profit: 1,500-1,800 per day.
Monthly Profit: 54,000

I suggested to her na kumuha sya ng tao para di sya mismo ang nagtitinda pero ang challenge sa ganitong negosyo ay kailangan mapagkakatiwalaan daw talaga in which I think mahirap talagang hanapin.

Given the right person, system and process, i think kaya naman itong i-scale. Mahirap humanap ng tao, pero mahirap din ang ikaw lahat. Kailangan lang talaga na tyagain habang makuha ang tamang tao.

But here are my thoughts para mag-improve:

✅ Beginning and ending inventory control
✅ Remittance audit
✅ Quality control measures
✅ Process training

1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions:
Prepare the Marinade: In a bowl, whisk together the coconut milk, lime juice, garlic, soy sauce, honey, ground ginger, salt, and black pepper.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion, diced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
3 celery stalks, sliced
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1 bay leaf
2 cups egg noodles
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions:
1) Heat oil in a large pot. Sauté diced onion until softened, about 5 minutes. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
2) Add carrots and celery, cooking for 5-7 minutes until they start to soften.
