Year-End Celebration Unites Campus Community

The Capiz State Universityโ€“Pilar Satellite College came alive with energy and excitement yesterday, December 19, 2025, as students, faculty, and staff gathered for the Year-End Party organized by the Supreme Student Council (SSC) in partnership with the Future Leaders of the Philippines (FLP). The event brought the campus community together to celebrate the achievements and milestones of the academic year at Capiz State University โ€“ Pilar Satellite College, Natividad, Pilar, Capiz.

Anchored on the theme โ€œKapawa kag Kalipay: A Year-End Celebration of Triumphs and Milestones,โ€ the program highlighted unity, gratitude, and shared success through recreational activities, performances, and recognition segments that strengthened camaraderie and school spirit.

In her welcome message, Dr. Jennifer P. Benliro, Satellite College Director, reminded the community of their collective achievements:

"Each step we took has contributed to our collective strength and resilienceโ€ฆ Embrace the challenges that lie ahead with an open heart and a determined spirit, knowing that together we can continue to thrive."

The celebration concluded with closing remarks from Dr. Fabian D. Tomco, SSC Adviser, who commended the organizers and participants for fostering joy and solidarity, reinforcing the spirit of togetherness that the year-end celebration aimed to achieve.

The Pilar Phoenix Vocal Quartet secured 3rd place on December 13, 2025, during the 18th Inter-Campus Sportsfest and Conference held at CAPSU Main Campus, Roxas City.

The quartet composed of Jean Dismas, Lyca Bullos, Ryan Bordo, and Argie Dismas delivered a solid performance that earned them a podium finish and added another highlight to Pilar Phoenixโ€™s run in the competition.
