" Sa kasalukuyang ,hindi na po kaya ng mga rescuers na tugunan ang mga panawagan ng saklolo sa nangyayaring malawakang pagbaha sa Bicol region dulot ng bagyong lalo na sa mga lugar ng Camarines Sur, Albay at Naga City.

Pinapayuhan ang mga apektadong mamayan na humanap muna ng pwedeng ligtas na lugar at ipaprioritize ang recues. Sisikapin ng mga rescuers na matugunan ang inyong mga kahilingang saklolo. Three new stations were introduced along the train route, namely Travesia, Daraga, and Legazpi. The PNR also makes stops at existing PNR stations located in Naga, Pili, Iriga, Polangui, and Ligao, along with eight other flag stops at Baao, Lourdes, Bato, Matacon, Oas, Bagtang, Washington Drive, and Capantawan. Legazpi City in Albay, Philippines will host the first Bicol hot air balloon festival on May 3–5, 2024.
The festival will feature 25 hot air balloons that will fly over Legazpi's scenic landscapes.
