𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Following the 43°C heat index forecast released by DOST-PAGASA for Saturday, May 30, 2026, the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City (PUPQC) will implement online synchronous classes for all students.

The adjustment is based on Executive Order No. 12, s. 2025, together with the university’s safety measures during extreme weather conditions to help protect the welfare of the entire academic community.

However, some face-to-face classes and other school activities inside the campus may still continue if approved by the school and campus officials.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Due to the forecasted 44°C heat index on May 29, 2026 (Friday), all classes will shift to ONLINE MODALITY in accordance with Executive Order No. 12, s. 2025, following the advisory issued by DOST-PAGASA.

This decision is made to protect the health and safety of students, faculty members, and staff during the extreme heat conditions.

Students are encouraged to stay updated through official campus communication channels for possible announcements regarding class schedules and other academic activities.

Everyone is also reminded to stay hydrated, limit exposure to extreme heat, and continue observing proper health and safety measures.

𝗔𝗗𝗩𝗜𝗦𝗢𝗥𝗬 | Due to the possible 42°C heat index forecast by DOST-PAGASA on May 23 (Saturday), all classes at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Quezon City (PUPQC) will be conducted through synchronous online learning.

This is in accordance with Executive Order No. 12, s. 2025, and existing university policies on extreme heat conditions to ensure the safety and well-being of students, faculty members, and staff.

However, face-to-face classes and other on-campus academic activities may still proceed subject to the approval of the appropriate academic and campus authorities.

𝗩𝗼𝘅 𝗡𝗼𝘃𝗮, the official student publication of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines–Quezon City Campus, continues to uphold transparency and principled campus journalism in service of the student body.

With this, the publication informs the community of the adoption of 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗥𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝟭𝟭, 𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝗢𝗙 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱–𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲, which formally recognizes the Website Committee as an official unit under the Social Media Department.

This resolution establishes Vox Nova’s official digital library to serve as the primary platform for all publication materials.

Following these developments, Ralph Gerard I. Dueñas, Kristel B. Quisado, Megan V. Nazareth, Michelle Lorraine I. Lagasca, and Angela Therese B. Marasigan are recognized as the official Website Committee staff for A.Y. 2025–2026.

These changes reflect the publication’s continued commitment to strengthening its digital presence, and unifying its online library publication.

The Vox Nova family extends its full support to the Website Committee staff as they continue to serve the publication and the student body.
