Despite efforts to facilitate open dialogue, students declined to attend due to fear and anxiety. Still, coordination with the Academic Office and OSAS continued. During the follow-up, it was revealed that the issue had already been discussed on ๐๐๐ป๐ฒ ๐ฎ๐ณ in a prior meeting between the Academic Office and the involved professor. The said grade discrepancies were acknowledged, and the professor committed to correcting them, citing a ๐๐๐๐๐ฒ๐บ ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ฟ which was also applied in other programs.
Further action is expected on ๐ง๐ต๐๐ฟ๐๐ฑ๐ฎ๐, ๐๐๐น๐ ๐ญ๐ฌ, when the group of complainants is scheduled to submit additional formal letters to the Academic Office and attend a closed-door dialogue. The upcoming meeting will ๐ป๐ผ๐ include the professor involved nor the campus Director, allowing students to freely raise their concerns about their academic experiences and to advocate for transparency in grading practices.
