Luke 18:1
"Then Jesus told His disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up."

In Jesus parable, He illustrated a widow and an unjust judge. The widow kept coming to the judge to plead for justice; however, the judge refused her request at first. Yet in the end, he granted the woman's request because she wouldn't stop bothering him.

Jesus did not give this parable to say that God is like the unjust judge but to show that 𝐆𝐨𝐝 𝐢𝐬 𝐮𝐧𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐦.

𝖩𝖾𝗌𝗎𝗌 𝗐𝖺𝗇𝗍'𝗌 𝗎𝗌 𝗍𝗈 𝗅𝖾𝖺𝗋𝗇 𝗍𝗁𝖺𝗍:

The judge is unfair; God is fair

The judge had no personal interest in the widow; God loves and cares for those who petition Him.

The judge answered the widow's cry out of pure self-interest; God loves to bless His people for their good also.

The judge is uncompassionate; God is filled with compassion for believers who suffer. He will certainly respond to His beloved ones who cry for His help.

Jesus encourages us to pray always and not lose heart. Since..

Let us always remember, Jesus lived a prayerful life, and He ever lives to pray for His people (Hebrews 7:25).
We must therefore not lose heart in prayer.

Our hearts are heavy, yet rejoicing, as we share the news that our beloved pastor and teacher John MacArthur has entered into the presence of the Savior. This evening, his faith became sight. He faithfully endured until his race was run. More information will be available soon.

I solemnly charge you in the presence of God and of Christ Jesus, who is to judge the living and the dead, and by His appearing and His kingdom: preach the word; be ready in season and out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort, with great patience and teaching. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine, but wanting to have their ears tickled, they will accumulate for themselves teachers in accordance to their own desires, and will turn away their ears from the truth and will turn aside to myths. But you, be sober in all things, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure has come. I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith; in the future there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will award to me on that day; and not only to me, but also to all who have loved His appearing.

We praise God for this year’s Youth Camp for we had indeed experienced the joy of being in His presence, the revival of hearts and the knowledge of the Youth’s responsibilities and purpose in the Church.

Our deepest gratitude goes out to all who supported us and prayed for us—thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

We thank God for your life, your sacrifices and your commitment to preach God's Word and share the Gospel and bring glory to God. “Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”

1 John 2:15 is a call to refocus our hearts—not to escape the world, but to live in it without being consumed by its values. God invites us to love people without idolizing the systems or pleasures that oppose Him.
