CAMELLA BALIUAG PHASE 3&4

Baliuag, Bulacan - Matagumpay na naisagawa ang Election of Board of Directors ng Camella Baliuag Homeowners Association Phase 3&4 noong Nobyembre 23, 2025, mula 8:00am hanggang 3:00pm sa Camella Club House, Barangay Pagala, Baliuag Bulacan.

Pinangunahan ang halalan ng Election Committee na kinabibilangan nina Efren Mamorbor (Chairman), Joy Gonzales, at Jasmin Vitales, na siyang nagpatupad ng maayos at makatarungang proseso ng botohan. Katuwang si Property Manager Crissan De Jesus ng Global Property Management

Mga Nanalo sa BOD Election 2025 - 2027

Muling nakapasok sa Board sina Engr. Orlando "Jun" Escopete Jr. at Edna Matunan, na kapwa pumasok sa Top 3 na may pinaka maraming boto.

Bagong halal naman sina Rowena "Winnie" Contreras sa ika-4 na pwesto at Allan Dela Cruz na bahagi din ng interim BOD, na nakakuha ngika-5 puwesto.

Nahalal sa unang pagkakataon si Anna Maria Santiago, dating bahagi ng interim BOD, at siya ang nakakuha ng pinakamataas na boto ngayong taon.

Matapos maiproklama ang mga nanalo at maitaas ang kanilang kamay ng EleCom, nagsagawa ng internal voting upang italaga ang bagong hanay ng opisyal ng BOD

Mga nagawa sa Nakaraang Termino

Si Engr. Orlando Escopete, na unang nahalal noong 2022, ay nakilala dahil sa kanyang epektibong pamumuno, ilan sa mga naging proyekto at pagbabago sa komunidad sa kanyang nakaraang termino ay ang mga sumusunod:

• Pagpapanatili ng malinis, maayos na kapaligiran, at pagtatanim ng mga halaman sa open space.

• Pag-install ng Solar Lights sa mga pangunahing bahagi ng Phase 3&4

• Paglalagay ng karagdagang basurahan para sa mga residente.

• Nagkaroon din ng mga Guard House at Boom sa bungad ng Phase 3&4

• Kauna-unahang Christmas Tree at Decorations sa bungad ng Phase 3&4

• Taunang Christmas Party na libre para sa lahat ng residente, na may kasamang raffle.

• Paglulunsad ng Christmas Bazaar na nagbibigay-daan sa partisipasyon ng mga residente at lokal na negosyo, Easter Sunday Egg Hunt ang lahat ng pondo dito ay mula sa kanyang sariling bulsa.

Patunay ang mga proyektong ito na masigla ang pamamahala at pagtutulungan sa komunidad.

Mayroong iilang hindi sang ayon at kontra sa kanyang pamumuno, ngunit muli nilang napatunayan na nais ng mga residente ang patuloy na progreso at pagbabago.

Isang Panibagong Yugto para sa Komunidad

Tiwala ang mga residente na magpapatuloy ang mga positibong pagbabago sa pamamahala ng bagong hanay ng BOD, inaasahan na mas marami pang programang pangkomunidad at kaayusan ang maisusulong sa mga darating na taon.

THE NEWEST KID HEARTHROB IN BULACAN

Juan Carlos T. Flores was the Teatro Republika Production Choice Award in recent Provincial Wide Talent & Model Search, Bulacan Kids Model Search "Kids Model Camp 2024 Batch 1" held last October 19, 2024 at Nicanor Abelardo Auditorium, G*t Blas Ople Building, Malolos City.

He also won as the Best Model for Print, Most Obedient, Best in Summer Wear, Netizen Choice Award and Best in Denim Wear.

Juan Carlos born in Poblacion Calumpit Bulacan on December 22, 2024, the son of Mr. Luis Miguel Torres Flores and Mrs. Jana Camille Trajano Flores.

Juan Carlos is in second grade at Darwin International School Malolos City.

It was his first competition and one of youngest workshoper but he shown his best.

He will be one of the Cast of Teatro Republika Production Short Film series "WOW BATA" Gintong Aral Serye 1st Episode PO at OPO, showcasing the Good Moral and Right Conduct, that will be streaming Online at BRGY TV Information and Entertainment Online Channel.

CZIMON JOAQUIN S. RAMIREZ BKMS2024 BATCH 1 VALEDICTORIAN

Bulacan Kids Model Search "Kids Model Camp 2024 Batch 1" was recently concluded last October 19, 2024 at Nicanor Abelardo Auditorium G*t Blas Ople Building, Provincial Capitol Compound City of Malolos

It was produced and Directed by Edmund Santiago the President and C.E.O of Teatro Republika Production.

He was the Batch Valedictorian, he also won the following awards:

° VALEDICTORIAN
° Best in Official Shirt
° Photogenic
° Best Smile.

Czimon is 9 years old from San Nicolas Hagonoy Bulacan, born on May 08, 2015 at San Pascual Baylon General Hospital Paombong Bulacan.

Currently he is studying at St. Mary's Academy of Hagonoy Bulacan since grade 1 up to present, he is the PRO of their class.

At his very young age he is very active on different fields of interest and recieves recognitions.

During his Nursery days, he rank 6th place in the dance competition out of 15 participants, he rank 3rd place in drawing competion out of 10 students.

During his Kinder years, he is part of the Tiktok Boyscout Dance Competition Champion Team. On his 1st grade he continously showing talents, He won 2nd place in Poetry "Ang Bayani sa Piso, he won 3rd Place in Math Quizbee, Champion Dance Competition, 2nd Place Intramurals Basketball Competition and Mr. Bulprisa 2023 3rd Runner-Up

During his 2nd Grade, he won again the Poetry Competion "Ang Pambihirang Sumblero", Group Dance Competition, Intrams Basketball MVP, and Mr. Bulprisa 2024 Tittle Holder. On his 3rd Grade he was still part of Dance Group Champion and a Varsity Player.

Czimon joins different Pageant and won the following, Philippine Cutest Baby Champion 2017, Philippine Baby Supermodel Champion 2019, Mossimo Kids Champion and became endorser year 2019.

Despite of his busy activities he was a consistent academic achiever.

Soon he will have his debut acting on Film on Teatro Republika Productions Online Series GINTONG ARAL "Po at Opo" for the 1st episode.

Anthonette is the daughter of Mr. Anthony Loreto and Mrs. Mary Grace De Leon. She has three brothers, namely, John Conrad, John Pablo, and Anthony Jr. Loreto. She is a fifth grader, friendly and lovely, and is cherished at school.

With such a charming personality people are happy to be around her. Generally, Anthonette stands out in multiple fields, a consistent honor student from kindergarten up to 4th grade.

She won in various competitions, such as the Champion in dance competition, won in "Paligsahan sa Pagtula", also in Beauty Pageants in and outside the school.

She joined the Rampa Pilipinas and truly a smart and talented girl. Her art does compliment her social abilities too.

Anthonette easily takes up a leadership role in school because she is always willing to support and motivate others. She is also all about positivity and this makes her an important friend.

The all-academic exercises of Anthonette go without saying as well. The temper of her studies aimed at reaching a certain goal is quite apparent in her attitude and approach towards learning new things.

Overall, Anthonette is a well-rounded girl who is bound to have great success in her future. Anthonette's warm heart, expressive creativity and dedication are highly commendable and set a standard amongst her friends while her teachers and family take immense pride in her.
